And sometimes, homes and structures have been built without first paying homage to what is already there, and consequently, they need a clearing.

Often I find when working with a home that the previous owners still 'live' there on an astral-emotional level. Or a place was added to without considering balance in the structure. Some homes will simply not sell until a karma of consciousness is resolved.

Because this is a Time of Great Change, we are all being asked to relate our Material World to Spirit.
